You and your company, which one more attractive?

Some one said the customer just like to cooperate with one of the sales in the company, if the sales quit, then the customer will give up this company, but some one said the customer would like to cooperate with the company, not one of the sales.......

What's more,it is not easy for a foreign business man to believe a company or a person easily,when the sales quit the job but still serve in the same industry & provide them the same products,price & service,the customer may would like to contact with the sales more but not talk with a new comer in that company.That's why some sales can bring their old customers to a new company.

I think the customers always confirm yourself before confirm your company. because you are the person who face the customers. they know your company throught you.

Some customer will prefer the sales, because they think the communication and trust as well as understanding are very important.
