i just got the bonus for the first order i finished after CNY. Although the amount is small, I am still feel exciting...:lol :lol

our boss said, for the purpose of stimulating our initiative on work, he will release the bonus of each P.O. within 1 month upon proper receipt of the total amount from buyers, against the regular of releasing the bonus one time per quarter.:victory:

and a new addition, in roder to inspire our passion on work and promote the communication and competition among colleagues, the member who receive the bonus has to treat all of members in office, and when her/his total bonus adds up to Rmb4000/8000, she/he has to treat us again, it means that per Rmb4000 will regarded as a grade. of course, the treat cost can be 200,300,..., it depends.

I' m not a sales staff in our company, so there is no nothing bonus for us to promot ou work enthusiam, it is only fixed salary for us:(
