First Mr. *** announced the beginning of the meeting. He welcomed all attendees, reviewed the achievements in 2007, thanked all for their joint effort for the good result in the name of himself and the management teams of both Beijing and the headquarters, forecasted the company??s business in 2008, briefed the main tasks of each departments including sales, aftersales service, spare parts, marketing, compliance, business development, etc..

Then Mr. *** welcomed all, thanked all for their big job and supports for him and the team in 2007, briefed thanks to all sales managers one by one for their hard work and good performance in 2007, announced Mr. ***??s joining in sales team next month and hoped all to help him, showed all the detailed sales volume of 2007 and compared it with those of the last several years, informed the bonus system under discussion to be issued very soon after certain process and announced sales target, i.e. ****, and marketing activities in 2008.

Then Ms. *** detailed the approved new order process, including but not limited to mistakes during order confirmation, risks incurred thereof and responsibilities, informed that the new contract format under discussion shall be required to use very soon and have to be strictly complied after final confirmation, e.g. any terms and conditions of the contract shall not be amended without formal approval of relative management from headquarters, and briefed the production condition, suggesting all sales to leave adequate buffer time, say at least ** or **weeks for the delivery when signing contract. She also reminded all sales of the submittal of the Self-assessment table signed by buyer and the filling of the Biz Trips and Vacations under * drive.
