plese help me

Because of some reason,my customer will withdraw the goods to me ,and we also got the agreement this goods could re-export to him after the problems resolved. But now ,I need to clear customs  ,so I should supply the return agreement .but what about this ? how to translate? the translation of  "return agreement "  is  right ? I never do it before ,anybody could help me ? thank you in advance!

you said you got the return agreement from your client,so you only need to translate it to chinese and do import clearance in China?

but we  just made  the agreement on oral.

so you should ask your cclient to send you a formal agreement, it supposed to be"declaration on returning goods".
