High price goes, old customer loses

She told me that our price is 300% than others which is located in USA :@ :@

6T8Brv$B.?O3F How could I say? I have had a careful study of the link which she gave me, on that website, it is true that their price is 300% lower than ours, even if our price deducte the mail fee ( Express fee), our price is 10% higher also.` C|]N/B

It is impossible for our factory to low down the price by 300%, I have had many discussion with our factory, because most of our prices are higher than others. We just can low under 0.5RMB, that is the limitation. So, it is still a long way to customer's needs.

tell you customer the detail you have quote ,show your sincerity , and advise she  purchase these items from  Chinese market is unfitable at the moment. And once the price down , email she again.

Business is for profit.

I do not know what the profit is for our factory. Maybe 50% or 100%. But our factory is very bad in his line. Most of our work have been worked by other factories.
