My Malaysia customer

[color=DarkOrchid][size=4][font=Times New Roman]Every time when talking about how to do business with her, my head will be bigger. :Q She's prone to break out at the most inopportune moments.:@

First of all, she often asks us to send her the sample totally free. :L That??s the final decision that made by our manager so I had nothing to say about this. :( But there??re various kinds of samples they need, for an example, 5 different colors with different sizes. Unbearable, there??ll be no response or reflective information of the sample from them,:Q :')  even whether they have received the sample or not. No matter how often we remind her. I was puzzled by the oddity of her behaviour. :L :L The following is about the sample:[/font][/size][/color]

I think your customer must be a trader so that they cannot give you any promise if they didn't get the permission from their customer.

really tough work..
Er\hr"jv when facing this kind of customers, we should inist on our company's principle, otherwise we will be sitting in the passive situation. we are not begging her to do business, business is for mutual benefit. if not, no deal.
