my first time of meeting the customer

the first customer i ever met is from indian,and many people complaim that it is very hard to understand their accent.D2`MU!yqJ9in2^
and fortunately due to my extansive english listening  training in my colleage time.i don't  meet any problem in communicating with them.we all know as an english major,we have three year's course of listening and one year of advanced listening and speeking.i have done very well during the listening course and it really has helped me a lot in my future work WL/d/SZd1`CB
at that time,my company mainly deals with the product of "scratch off label"that two customers have found our product from tradekey because i have posted that  product information on that webiste.when i got his enquiry,i gave him a detailed reply and my quotation was very competetive.so he was  very interesting in my quotation.then  we  talked some details  regarding that products throung emails.and one time he suddenly told me he would attend an exhibition in china and would like to come to our company to check our products when he came to china.because i have never received any customers at that time and when i got this news,i was  very excited and i offerred him my phone NO and told him he could call me when he was ready to come to my company
maPB Q*f one afternoon,when i was off-duty and had the supper with my manager in a restaurant.suddenly,i got a call and it showed it  was a chinese phone NO.i planned to hang it off ,but in order to show my respect to the person who called me.so i answered it.and i have heard a "hello" when i said "wai": when i heard the word "hello",i became very excited for i guessed it must be that indian customer.and then i heard  "may i speak to jerry lee?"on the other side.i replied to him at once"this is jerry lee,who is that"and he said"this is xxxx from indians and i will go to your company tomorrow afternoon,can you go to train station to pick up us"i told them of course i could but when the second day came,there was a problem.for there are two train stations in hangzhou:chenzhan and  dongzhan  but  i was  not sure which  train station he would come to.so i gave him a call and ask him the exact time that he would come to hangzhou and which train station his train would stop,unfortunately,my call came to him a little earlier for he hadn't bought his ticket and he told me he would tell me the time of arrival and the train station when he would come  after he got his ticket

when i finished my lunch,my phone rang and he called to me.but he could tell me the time of his train but couldn't tell me the train station so i asked him to hand his phone to the chinese people around him.when he handed that phone to a chinese person i asked him which train station will that train stop and the person on that side said"chenzhan"8O.B[-JK.s"O5K~Z
ok,i know which train station and the exact time then.

what did you eat?

after i know his time of arrival and the train station and i found there is still some time left,so i print a sentence on the paper as "warm welcome xxx and xxxx" and in the end of next line,i print my name"jerry lee" on it with very big size character,his train would arrive to hangzhou around 4:00 PM and so i start to leave for chenzhan at 3:00 PM.you know this is my first time to meet the customer and i don't know what should i do which will be appropriae and i am not sure if i can answer all of his questions,and one important question is that i only come to hangzhou around two months at that time so i asked one of my colleague to go with me for she is very farmiliar with hangzhou.on the way to chenzhan,we took the bus K156 and it took about 1 hour to that.when i get there i check the trains information on the indication board which shows which train has come and which train will come.i find there is still some time for that customer's train(B9Oc_(Z6B zgGW
during the time of waiting for them,i am adoubt if i can find which ones are they and what will they look like and i have heard the indian people is a little black,but i have never meet them and don't know what exactly they look.though they are a lot of foreigners teacher in my colleage,but they all come from USA,england,autralian.but i never meet the people from other countries except that countries so i am very curious about themok'~ etd!C.E
maybe 20 minutes later,the indication board showed that that train has come to hangzhou and stopped in xx track,and with several minutes i found a lot of people come to the exit so i show that paper on the air,later i find two foreingers come out and they are looking around so i told my colleague"do you think if they are the people that we are warting for"without her reply,i found that two people come up to me directly for they has seen the paper in my hand so one of them ask"excuse me,are you jerry lee and we are XX and xx"i answer "yes,i am and we are waiting for two people from  indian name xx and xx"so they are very happy and told me that they are the people that we are looking for
&n8|0o _{t:K,o;x so i and my colleague went up and asked if we can help them to carries the bags for them,and they carries several bags and hand me and my colleague each peoson one bag then we come out the train station and looking for the taxi,unfortunately,it is a little rainy that day and all of the taxi were very full so we can't take a empty taxi and one of them is a little puzzled and asked me why it is so difficult to take a taxi.i have to explain to him that it is near the time of off work and they are many people and he says"ok,don't worry".maybe 20 minutes passed,we finally took a taxi successfully

I have known that you were major in English, maybe you have a better way, I want to take part in BEC examination this May, but I think my listenning is not good enough. Thus, could you kindly tell me what kind of listenning book I should buy, which lever of listenning book I should take? My English lever is PETS5 now, just my spoken English has passed it, the writting part has not passed because 5 scores descrepency.

Listenning skill is always hard for me to control too. Maybe you'd better listen to or watch some real English materials for some days. It must be helpful for you to find some English language feelings. [i]Friends[/i] is a good TV show for listenning i think

yes, listening always linked with the oral english tightly,  you aslo can practice your oral english more , in this way , it will be very helpful for your english listening , what's more, you aslo can speak with the foreigners from the different countries,suitable for the different english dialect.:)

he say"yes"and ask us to give him a very competetive price so that he can compete with all the other dealer of scartch off labels  in indian.
