It is nearly the chinese historical spring festval holiday,  and i had more time to write something in here . ls{#u`1c*NAg({

[size=4][color=green]It is about half month ago ,  we had prepared the arrangement for holiday, i get the inquiry from american whose business in toys and had many chain store all around the american,  
AG+n^E'v`D in the inquiry relay that they are more interesting about our products. and wanna some samples for them by free,  i prepared and send the sample after investigate this company.   it is the rea big buyer in the american,  although the five samples value more than 200 hundred RMB,  and they will reback the sample to us after business.

[size=4][color=green]Three days after,  they mailed to me that they are very satisfied with our sample and wanna to visit our factory .  it is more baffle to me .  you know they are the big buyer and they had the strictly procedure for supplier.   we are the small factory,  simply equipment, hole-in-the-wall factory, less than 100 hundred workers , and nearly the spring festvel, most of the worker had had on vacation , only no more than 30 ppls still in working. what i should to do ......

YwvE(\b5I After two day later, the customer coming on time , david, nicole,tomas.  :) , david is the purchase manager , and speak fluntly classical american english. :lol   .  they asked more ditails about the worker quantity, procedure for quality check, products output per day, purchase procedure in raw and processed materials, shippment way , if we can accept the USA doller price, and give some modification suggestion for us....  .  so careful about it .  and more satisfy with oue attitude  for this visit:handshake  and my frofessional knoledge in this products.:loveliness:

when we arrived there , they had prepared the well for waitting us ,  i'm more appciated them attitude too. :lol  .  there are about five ppls in the meeting office, david--purchase manager, nicole---assitant stuff, tomas----project purchase,  and others , kenid and cameros are enginner . N0R,UB8p-KHgR'g

n}*cGjK8e}q0_ At first , they tks for us arrive in and then ask for about our mofidy result, they hope our products can excape the patent to a japan company, they hand the familiar dedign with our products . and if our products get the certificat the FCC or UL. and if the raw and processed materials are environmental protection.  and if we can supply more sample dor them tested. ... , they speak english more quickly, more lucky , it is more easy to understand and listenning , and i can translate it to engineer Jack to answer .

I do appreciate ur persistance .However ,I would like to give you some advice .And you also could find that there is someting wrong with phraseology，words ,and expresses and so on .hope you can improve it for our fluent reading .

Come on, aslo wish you have a successful business after spring festival, and hoppig your company will build the good relationship with them for a long term, but, before you have the dealing , i think you'd better be prepared this dealing carefully, and aslo take care some details,do not ignore the details.-^_ @e!y+c6A
