indian ,made me both funny and annoying

the characteristic of the India Client is that they are good at  cutting down the price ,some time ,their counter offer is really unacceptable for us .
i have heard lots of bad comments about india client ,it was said that they are very unhonest.
But generally  speaking,the client of mine is not as bad as  i have thought,in my impression,they are lovely.[/size][/color][/b][/font]

[color=DarkGreen][font=Times New Roman][size=3]When i engaged in the Foreign Trade Business,my first Client is an indian ([color=Purple]Suppose  His Name Is Mr A[/color]).Once time ,he sent me an inquiry ,and i returned the quotation soon .and days later ,he said that he would visit China ,and would like to visit our Factory also .then he told me which hotel he will choose ,i told this to my boss ,he seems so happy ,and said to me :ok,we can pick up him that time":loveliness:  (my boss is very lovely :D ) But long time gone ,there was no news about Mr A..When my boss asked me about Mr A,i replyed:maybe he cancled the visiting ,for i can't contact with him these days.  Then we all forgot this matter .

One noon,when i 'm  having the nap,my phone is ringing.i picked up ,and there is my boss calling .he told to me in a hurried :"come to the office soon,there is two foreigner in our office "oh ,my god..i feel a little worried .For i haven't met any foreign before. but there is no time for me to think more. so i got up soon and hurried to my office .there is two older foreign siting there .when i went in ,both my boss and the client graze at me . Then one of them introduce himself to me .He said he is a indian ,and have contacted with my before ,then hand out his name card to me ,then i find that he is just the client who have said he would vist China. (I don't know how he find our office).Then we discussed the details (in fact ,i'm only playing a role as a translation .their english is so quick ,many of words i can't hear clearly .my frequently words is "Pardon?":( ,still can't understand ,then i said "Can you write on the paper".they said ok,then began to write on the paper.But their writting is so interesting .(the letter is all round a ball:lol :lol )

after a while ,we took them to our warehouse to have a look at the stock .they were so seriously ,and also take some pictures .at last ,they asked for little sample .my boss said "you can took them all ".the client shake their head ,he said it's too heavy ,they only wanted a little??:lol (the pipe is very heavy ,even for a little:loveliness: ).

after took them to the hotel ,i felt so relax.It's my first time to treat an foreigner ,and talked with them face to face .after this time ,there is more india customer visit ,i can treat them without nervous.[/size][/font][/color][/b]

[color=DarkGreen][b][font=Times New Roman][size=3]i think it's an interesting matter .when he arrived at our city airport ,he called me and imformed me that  he is at the airport now .then my boss and i went to the airport ,and picked him to our office . on the way to our office ,he tried to say sth ,but i can't understand ,and he also can't understand what i said:Q :Q .Then we kept silence untill we reached to the office .at office ,i tried to communicate with him ,but still failed ...How should i do ??Than my boss said to me "his listening english maybe not very well ,you'd better communicate with him on the computer."(How cleaver and lovely my boss is:D ) ,Then we chated on the internet.. Then i knew one thing ,he want to back to guangzhou that day ,and told us to help him to change the flight . Maybe he have tried to tell me this on the car ,but i couldn't understand .:( :(

then we back to the airport again ,and help him to change the flight.When we ready to back to our office ,he said he can wait at airport ,:L (his flight is at 7:30 Pm ,but now is only 11:00am:o,there is still a long time to wait  ).my boss told him to wait at our office . He agreened .

all the afternoon ,he is chated with me on the computer ,and he taughted me some Hindi.(when you chat with the indian in hindi,they will feel so surprise ,:lol  then will willing to chat with u ,not only business, but about the culture and other thing .:D )[/size][/font][/b][/color]

SO interesting！but my colleague said the english of indian is poor,she always can't understand them at first.and it gave her confidence that her english isn't the worst!:lol

A Spain client emailed me and said that he will come to china to  visit us At the end of this month.What should i prepare for his coming.He had enquired my mobile phone no.I have no experience to meet foreigners .So i am a little worried about that.Any one can give me some suggestions?

Don't worry. Just be confident and you can manage it. Prepare the product materials and welcome him to China. If possible, you can go to air port to pick the client up :P

i have chated with foreighers from india in international stone fair ,they are seriously,so when i talk with them ,enhanced my nervous:') ,god,it is hard to understand what they said :L

Certainly,I do the business with dozens of India business man and foud they have a common feature that cutting down the price awfully,even they also counter-offer based on our bottom line.

Another thing,please do not believe them easily especially the business because we meet such case again and again and they also may find a suitable excuse to support .Take an example,please consider thoroughly if they ask you pay the freight for them in advance,meantime they also make a guarantee that they will pay back for you in the furture.In such case,you should judge their motivation.
