Email Format

Hi, all guys!
u"n w4dc I trust you have been to the fair, then exchange the name card and catalogue. after the fair, how to write your first email to the clients? may be this is a very important mail to set up the cooperation with them,so could you post the mail to share with us?

First say hello to your customer;second,introduce where did you get their name and address and give him a short introduction of your company and products to the customer,if needed,you can send your pricelist and some other informations for their reference.2jC;bY|F#e
Just show your sincerity to cooperate with them.

And on the fair, if you wrote the details about the clients inquire, give the price directly in your email

it is simple that I write email to my clients from fairs ,just included whee did get their business cards and my factory's prifile(simple) and send quotations ,finally,express my sincerely wish to do business with them .finish
