In my present factory, I didn't face so many problems as you. My boss is very familiar with the international business. Also the management is not good, the manager has the thought to manage the factory well. The workshop director would cooperate with me to finish the product and deliver the goods on time. Also the purchasor will try his best to expedite supplier to deliver parts to our factory. And we pursue high quality and advanced products. But it seems hard for me to catch orders. I don't whether it is the problems of price or myself,such as experience or my poor english. 2pUd&x(C
Generally speaking, I am satisfied with the solidarity of my collegues. Everyone has no sourness.  But one of three bosses is very persnickety and curmudgeonly, he exploits us as much as possible. We couldn't get what we should get. He often exploit our time and money out of all reason. That is the most unendurable things. And I hate this very much. I am a little impressed about my work.  Until now I couldn't catch a customer. But I often have no much time to find new customers. I had to do a lot of sundries.

You said many worker fire the factory. It didn't happen in our factory. My boss pay attention to the worker who will work in our factory long

I agree with your opinion. The knowledge is learned from all the time. Not the certificate.

it seems that nobady is satisfied with his work or company, there is always some problems in our career, some troublesome persons, some troublesome things to deal with...
