As for me, i think the listening part may be easy for you coz you may have lots of opportunities to communicate with foreign customers which may enhance your comprehension of english and make you get used to their tone,speed,ect.  So you may do some works on the part of speaking test,for it needs not only a good command of english but also a good command of businee knowledge!
