what's your commission from the net profit?

I dont like this way to get the commission for we cannt get to know how much net profit the  company get,if you want to know,there will have many procedures you should to know like buying & producing,then your work will be increase:L

yeah, that's true.
9X)_ L}u0hn;t7f coz many other guys can't stick to the ideal offer upon customer's argument, in other words, they prefer quantity to quality... ;[%p%B:j_ V!l,E$|a ]ui
I was an English major some years ago now i can make good use of that to persuade my customer... :loveliness:

our boss also said that we will use the new commision rules after spring festival, the ways is similar with what your mentioned~

don't know yet. before we got 0.3% from the total invoice value. a Z FoQH!H
the average gross profit for all orders was about 7-8% but mine is always around 15-20%... 9`4|m1@,|/}.]Y
