How do you manage your Clients better?

[size=4][font=Times New Roman]As a sales, main job is to develop clients by fair, B2B or others. we coulb be encountering all kinds of difficulties of communication with clients frequently. Especially no respondence although you reply seriously.what should we do.  I could class them into three classes to easy manage as following :UHH7ym

1) No reverter ,how do you track or follow ? maybe I would forget to omit it or disregard or track  -- class into " C" ;
