how to help my customer?

Last night when talked with a ltaly customer,he told me he encountered a problem, that is, he has placed a order of some mobile phones to a fujian 's trade company in December 2007, unfortunately, the comany was disappeared after he tranfered the full payment. unitl now he have not got any response from the company yet. and he is worring a lot about his order and payment. actually as he is a foreign customers from Italy,who is not good at both english and chinese language. now he hope me to help him  and think some method to  track and get back the order. considering this case, i have agreed with him to help him. however, when i telephoned the No. he gave me, unluckly, always without any answer and respone from other side. now i guess the company is a cheat.

Actually,as a professional foreign trader and exporter,i am really very surprised and angry with that company's behavior,but now i don't know how to to go on  helping my customer,so  it would be very grateful if you can get me some advice and suggestion. 3h2u.k+pQ8S.J{(d
