Why no/less responses after quotation to the buyer?

5. About your email . Due to our different mailbox server,some of them will be junked.It means,buyer cannot get our resplied email unless buyer is clever enough to find them from the junk email box. A suggestion for you :some mails can be sent to other folders, make sure any files you send are named in English, this can solve some issues.Z^:Sv$C#a

Another reason I think it's that they don't trust  in your company at the first time.

What's more, Most of clients only collect some related information.

i think we can promote and sell our products to the satisfied customers.
