On Sample

Many times ,the buyer asks us for sending sample before a transaction . Send or not ,that is a question .

Y5cl 1. if the value of your sample is high,such as jewelry or machine,then you should request the buyer to pay the sample fee and the freight charge, and you can refund the sample fee to the buyer when he place order with you.

2. if the sample value is little,such as pens or bottles,then you can send samples free to importers,but they should pay for the freight charge,which can prevent some people who are hunting free samples all around the world.

first as you said it's decided by the expensiveness or notM-vv+S+\%I/w+M+I%L
second if the clients  are old ones ,you can send for free ,and add it to the order while it issued,otherwise, request the clients for express charges together with sample's cost

it is really a question we meet every day~we can handel it flexiblely...

If we have sample in stock and the sample is in the required quantity . We can send sample free.6sS4N0gY9z9Oq[Y
Otherwise,  we will charge for sample fee!

Sending samples free or not, it mainly depends on the value of sampels. You can send samples free to your clients if the value of samples is less than the freight.

I do think so, normally, I do the same,require the client to give me a express account of pay the freight charge.

yeah , you do a good job, it is a principle for us to deal with sample requiring in the  first trade with a strange client  abroad .you should take precaution agaist fraud
