In effect, the customer is rarely your customer, and that customer is your friend. It should be mutual trust amone friend. Although my customer's data have submitted to my supervisor, I don't need worried about it.

AMUSING TOPIC
G$J:j#[_M jh0c ~)iG0^ \A0i
1) If you are  3 in one ( product + communication + professional service), you need not worry others stealing away your customer's details unless you are only 2 in one ( product + communication ). After all, you are working under a company, a representative of your company not on your own personal capacity.
8T l2f;|5} R]IrmU!v
2) Customer trade with you not because solely who you are but as a package deal. You are only part of the deal and not indispensable.:L
[8?:MZ$t!Y ^J;Y#Oq
] p Pf1@5fO 3) Customer does have his consideration in choosing supplier, for them, company come first and who is handling become less important.:lol :lol :lol

I think it is very important to know what the client want . and give them best service , establish our credit , better price , good quality and continuously communicate.

I think no need to worry about it. :loveliness:

3ihZ2n1y/y 1)then why still  lots of sohos exsit and live a good life, these sohos may get the 3 in 1,and obviously without company. In such cases, are they also less important?
g3sGQ}g
_kr:Z!|/Dp Qgu 2)The Sohos must have been worked in one or anothe company for years, how to prevent   the SOHO- tobe bring the company's clients?

2008-1-9 20:44 okurakk
1) SOHO could be in many form, in China mostly are individual or few partners selling either personal services or physical goods through Internet. In commercial term, it does perform as business entity where monetary transaction is involved. Therefore, in another word, you are the boss.znRWkHJC
2) In my opinion, professional services are easier to sell than physical goods, reasons being first, for those customer in need of  professional services, instead of employing a full time staff, an one time off deal is more economical and after all, they have plenty of choices to chose from through the Internet. Secondly, no professional services are 100 percent identical and very much subjective in value. As to physical goods, it tends to be small in quantity and customers are usually one time off buyer and the main selling point of these are goods have to be new and latest in fashion which is quite time consuming in sourcing.
"lPPEd$W*\ 3) It does not contradict what I had written in my earlier post, you do require 3 in one to keep old and new customer.

some differences in our company

in our company , it is unnessary to keep the information about the clients , because most of clients are devided from boss at first , and he confirms which market is yours .We can't mix other colleague's clients with myself . Everybody has oders to deal with ,it is equal .  Easily to see ,our salary didn't include the commision , only have the reward at the end of year . Thought i've worked in our company for one year , but i dislike this sale system .   U)]!z Lzh6P

I really hope there is  new policy  to creat our passion and potential .
