That means we need produce the products in new panton color, and prepare the approval samples. We got the confirmation from the clients on early of Nov., (we need a long time to prepare the samples and packing material.) about the mass production schedule, it needs 35-40 days for repeat order, additional 5 days or more for the new products.[/i][/color][/size][/font]

It really can't be done here normally. After double check with my clients, they confirmed they need the goods in time. So we pushed our production. All the worker was keeping on working 2 whole days and overtime. The 1st lot ( total 25cbm in a 20' container), we shipped out by sea. For the rest ( about 23cbm, 4000kgs), we can't face the sea shipment. So the clients booked the air freight. We sent out by FOB. All the air freight fee woud be paid by our clients. It was a big money. Maybe the air freight cost was more than the cost of the cargo. [/i][/color][/size][/font],A

Ya,we should control every old customer,even if they are only come to our factor one time but no order,at least they know our factory,others only communicate through internet,it is very difficult for them to trust us and so do us:L ..

I met a customer from Australia, we once give quotations to him, and the he accpet the price, as you see the the price is changing those days. a few days later when he asked me for the PI, I told him that the price is not valid any more, he become very angry. I feel :Q . when I explain to him, and then he accept the new price. few days later, he ask me for PI again,and I send it to him. He say that it is not the PI he wanted , he meaned the first one. How terrible.

Rita said they had to increase the quotation. By the way, the clients accepted, and did request to prepare the proforma invoice.
