one old client promise he will pay but till now he hasn't paid yet!
There is an old client. He emailed to me and placed an order. So i got the products from a factory. But till now he hasn't paid . When i asked him, he said he was just waiting his money, both of my price and service are good. But it's too long!! I wrote him a letter yesterday, but haven't got reply. Sometimes, i really do not know what do they think. If don't want to buy, he could tell me no need let me wait him forever. :') :') :') :') who can help me! very thanks !!!

Maybe you are right. But we do foreign trading esp for a sell clerk, maitaining old customers is as important as developing or looking for new customers. Is there any way to keep long and good relationship with old clients? thanks

As a trader, certain principal have to be adhered to
6bE.QI;I(V+H,O
1) regardless of old or new clients, payment term has to be strictly comply with. Commitment has to be back up by monetery term not only by word of mouth or paper contract.|&IT8Z8R,Zf
2) Do not pamper clients, never made them feel that you need them more than they need you, it should be on even ground.
z+HO!n;Ih)t X)Vm
3) communication should be two ways traffics, never chase them unnecessary.
:['N3km r&d2Gp7a
4) Identify clients into middleman, wholesaler, enduser as these will affect the method of business negotiation

well, did u charge some deposit before placing order to the factory? If u have, i think you just be a little more patient..he will pay the balance unless he give up the deposit...

If u haven't, i think you can only expect god can help u perhaps...you are not serious enough when contracting..how can u place a order with the factory without any useful promises from said order? then you have to suffer all the loss if there will be..0z;x%_ k0P+iD

Maybe he was considering other suppliers,my former customer also did it like this, but at last, they didn't order from us.So you don't take so much time in this one project, but maybe your customer actually waits for his money, sometimes, working capital fund will be spent by them.

tell him you still have other customers who are interested in your products and give him a final date of payment otherwise you will sell to other customers.
