ask for help

My customer is very busy.He has just signed the proforma invoice and send it back to me.The prices on it is FOB. Does that mean we should operate the FOB procedure? If so, should I ask him the destination port and the nominated forwarder now?f/u c.L;P.d)X8o
This is my first time to do foreign business and I am also wondering whether I should ask him what the certifications he need.
