I need some help here!

I need some help here, actually, a learning parter, that can watch on me. I want to improve my English by more practise, but I always forget my plan right after it's made. Here is my plan, if you are also interested in it, please write to me:

Every other day, I shall write an article (about 200-300 words) with/without specificated topic and send it to you, and you help to correct it, make it better. In return, you shall send me yours, then we exchange the corrected ones.

I am sure it's a good way to learn & improve English.

Regarding oral English, try to listen some info in English, like English files, songs, VOA, BBC. Meanwhile, open your mouth, talk with someone.

It's a good way by SKYPE, MSN,SINA UC, etc.
