a shoes company cheater

one of my friend was cheatered by the shoes company . he paid for 3 shoes and 1 hand bag, but just received one shoes and one bag, I had tried to contact with the girl who name is anne by phone for many times, but failed. there is a man who are on the phone, and he told me that he doesn't konw anne, but my friend give her an international call, she is there. we know that we are cheated, everyone, pls be careful with the company. below is the detail information

A couple of my cusotmers complained this to me ofen, it usually goes as : when the customer send the samples fee charged by , the person in charge or keep correspondence with will disappear

Oho. But i don't think so.  So annoying.  I also helped  my customer to find another factory for making the sample shoes before Chinese New Year. But just due to the bad weather and urgent time, we can't finish the samples on time and also can't take picture to customer.   Then customers were very angry, said i was a fraud.  He didn't trust me at all whatever i explain for myself. oho, it's so annoying. And now i skype him, he ignore me at all.

so please don't suspect your suppliers arbitrarily.  It hurt the feeling between each other.
