How to reply in nowadays

The day before last week,I received this mail in the bottom, And I replied it with a message to tell him I am waiting for his samples of a model.( We will supply a sample of cases with his model sample). But there was no response from the clients. In nowadays, what I should do and how to remind him with our business.
