One of the best methods is active listening. CK kij

Active listening requires that you show that you have understood what the client has said by re-stating the issues or problem back to them.

Example: "As I understand it, the issues / problems / concerns include??" and provide a precise or summary highlighting the salient points. This ensures you are both on the same page.[/b]

The best area of skill in sales professionals' inventory are not easily seen noises and micro gestures. So, simply give a sign of recognition to the speaker to let them know that we are paying attention to what they are saying and understood them. This is best done subtly.

We accomplish this by telegraphing physical signals to the customer to show that we are physically involved in the listening process. This can be a auditory or visual cue that positively acknowledges what they're saying and can encourage the customer to continue speaking. $Z)_7e8a!Xf(j8iC

So a nod, blink, an "umm-hmm" or "right" ,yeah, all speak volumes.

Eye contact is very important whether you are doing business or when you are with your friends.so,when the customer is talking something, you should pay full attention to what he is talking with eye contact. No need to look into your customer's eyes as long as he is with you but just remember that most people are more visually oriented than auditory and kinaesthetic, most customers doesn't feel listened to unless you give them your full visual attention.
