i just want to explain you about my plan in brief,d;w L-{^xc\
  i am a  liscence holder exporter of herbal species of my country and i recently found that china has a huge market of that herbal product but it is considered as "Endangered Species" in china so i asked few people about that and they suggested me that i have to make  Certificate of doing business on  Endangered Species in china...since i want to export it in china, should i have to pay the tax to chinese government for the sell or the buyer(chinese client) have to pay the import tax or not coz i have to play tax separate tax to my country when i export it to other countries.3_H4S%Z/O(n%X4}5Ci O
one mroe thing if i want to export it third country from china..should i need to make a liscence of authority to export viz china.
