There might be many reasons.But whatever the reason may be.If you add little patience in your business trust me,you will not be in loss.

If you mention about refund and when you are straight forward and fair with them,the customer looking at your openess also will be honest and fair with you in return.sO;z!^AbwW2Eg

When you offer refund guarantee,the customer will trust you and that reduces the customer's unwillingness and ultimately you will get more orders.
