If I want to despatch a lot of good. But wooden pallets would be used when shipping. And the wood is exempt from suffocating. So I am woondering whether it is still need of IPPC stamp??

Maybe it is "exempt from fumigation", but it means you do not need to fumigate the wood ballet.

Hey man, you should ask your wood pallet supplier about the "exempt from fumigation" certificate. Actually every fumigated wooden pallet will have a iron-like stamp on it.
