I prefer to email, telephone.Some clients on msn are not real client at all.

I could easy find the customers ,but i don't how to contact them . Usually send the company introduce to them but rarely get the reply and sometime quote the price to them and then didn't get the reply from them . And i don't know how to contact them again. You couldn't say the same worlds all the time

never call by skype, commonly send  emails, talk on MSN. But one of my customers always call me, sometimes three times one day.

I think the skype is good way to contact the customers. It's cheep than call, and more useful than email:loveliness:

i just email to my customer..for the Msn and SKype , Sometimes i am online , and they are not . or They are online ,but i am not online . also , i sometimes contact with my customer with skype videomicronphone. :handshake
