1, why does the customers not reply me after sending the price to them?h|La`0IHz
For this question, it may have lots of answers, but I think it is because:
5t P?;I]'Fr first, the price you quote is too high compared with others'![5{1^ME#V9Z
second, the customer needs some time to analysis the price(]P*e n.lV N'b
third, the customer is on a business tripE3B(`|,q8W$H4N;yR
last, maybe the customer does not receive your price because your mail is locked by the software

What you should do?

first, try to conact with the customer and ask the customer for some comments or ideas on the price.F7csu~O%J`
second, if possible, ask the customer what is his/her target price.

what is the business going on in his/her part? Is there any big progress in his/her part? is there any good news?

any simple way? Yes, you can make a list by excel, in the excel, including the customer the name, country, telephone, fax,6R:v5M{CD6Y
e-mail, the item he/she is interested in, the progress and so on. You need to update the list at a certain time.;l^x"W T `9Zk

Yes. Send email to this customer again, and ask whether he/she received your previous mail.

In my opinion, why your customer do not reply after you have sent your price list.

%b7h"w#z.[ 1, the price list is not completed, it means it's lack of some useful information, such as warranty, lead time, delivery time,etc..you know the foreign clients are always very busy,,they will only reply the letter which is very clear and including all the info he/she wants.EN7cXhP^5`
2, the price is not very good comparing with other suppliers'.
|9M.X;X&CC5Rg,lTY 3, they received too many letters in same day, they have no time to read one by one. so you should keep the mailaddress and always write to him/her. To let them know you, and when they need sth, the first person they think about is you.
