some agent just deliver the chemicals with different names or company name, that is a big question for our American customs ,they are very consevertive, and it is unbearable for them

i have asked many,but the agent is not like the express company, they just ship them to the airport or sea port. it is not convenient for the customers to fetch the goods back by themselves.
