How to refuse customer's visiting require?

Nowadays, especially Canton Fair is on, more and more foreigners will come to China. They would like to rush from one factory to another one with very tight time schedule. /Y9jM(V} w-W9B
And some of them just want to get a pick-up service from the airport to hotel or from hotel to factory. And nearly all Chinese boss would like to show their hospitality. Then the cost will be high with little output. This will be a big burden for company, especially small company.
U/]L Dzs@ After some times of reception, I feel a little tired of such affairs. So when any body wants to come to my office, I want to refuse or I would like them to take taxi by themselves and share food fee.

i'm sorry i have no idea because i'm a new man for international trade man ,but i pity you.if you dont't like them to visit your company ,you can say like this:..............

It depends,different customer,different treat. Through some mails or talks ,you will know a bit about the customer,if he is valuable to your company,just welcome him,if not,refuse. And I think good customers will consider you as firends ,they won't just take this opportulity just for eating and visiting .

I understand why you are here asking for help. Say "no" is never easy. but you have to sometimes, that sucks. you need to come out with some results, I think . why do all the customers come to your company barely do business with your company, what's the problem, is it only because of their motions of food and visit?

It's very hard to say " no" to customer, just inform the customer, our driver is very busy during Fair, many thing need to do, such as pick up another customer.

i think if you have capality to do this ,you should do it ,because only you pay then you can get,if you are a small company ,you do in relation with your own stiation

Most of the customers are good ones,some only want free car or food u shouldn't  care them,say no is not very hard.

It is not a easy thing to knwo if he is a genuine buyer or just want to get some food....:)

I think not when we do the foreign trade , we just communicate with foreigners through e-mail ,phone and some other tools ,like fax and so on . when they want to visit our factory ,we also can judge wether they are sincere or not , for if he is sincere , he will  pay the taxi fee himself , because it is their custom.

i think the useful coustom will pay all the charges by himself ,for my clients often do it like that.if not ,i think he must be the cheater

in my opinion

In my opinion,most of foreigners who will visit you  aim to do business with you but not your treat.If you could afford it,you'd better welcome his visit.After all,you will have a additional friend.If not ,you also could find a reason to reject him.you could say:"Sir ,I am sorry .I have to go out for business these week.Shall we talk about the business by email or can you visit us at other time?"

I think you need to think about it in another hand,you know,actually customers paid more to come to china,not only money,but also energy,it is not easy for customer to come to china,I think once company can come here,it means they want to do business,you just need make a good schedule to arrange customer visiting.if customer just want to eat or play,why don't spend the trip money to buy the food in his local market?so I don't think it is good way to refuse customer visiting.

And if they are really in the market of your products that you will lose a good customor,
I/tun-t#F;P{4Vlw i think it is also a wonderfully chance to let the foreigners know that in China there is a good factury like yours,if there will be a business chance ,they will contact you first!!

It really a difficult problem ,so i think it is  important for you to share your view with your supervisor.And then to decide wheher to pick up the foreign customers or not .:(
