How to refuse customer's visiting require?
Nowadays, especially Canton Fair is on, more and more foreigners will come to China. They would like to rush from one factory to another one with very tight time schedule. /Y9jM(V}

And some of them just want to get a pick-up service from the airport to hotel or from hotel to factory. And nearly all Chinese boss would like to show their hospitality. Then the cost will be high with little output. This will be a big burden for company, especially small company.

After some times of reception, I feel a little tired of such affairs. So when any body wants to come to my office, I want to refuse or I would like them to take taxi by themselves and share food fee.

It depends,different customer,different treat. Through some mails or talks ,you will know a bit about the customer,if he is valuable to your company,just welcome him,if not,refuse. And I think good customers will consider you as firends ,they won't just take this opportulity just for eating and visiting .

I understand why you are here asking for help. Say "no" is never easy. but you have to sometimes, that sucks. you need to come out with some results, I think . why do all the customers come to your company barely do business with your company, what's the problem, is it only because of their motions of food and visit?

It's very hard to say " no" to customer, just inform the customer, our driver is very busy during Fair, many thing need to do, such as pick up another customer.
