i think before making the call, better make sure the reason you call. once you get the subjects(s), list it(them), then add some heading and ending.

Well, i think firstly , just common greetings,then introduce urself as well as ur company, then tell him ur phone call intention, such as ask him if he had received ur e-mail... how does he think about ur products...

Before you call, make sure you are full prepared...
OiQ$NikQi@6w y I think you need a pen, and a notebook, so that you can make some notes on your notebook while calling--those important points during your call.
+r*~8W!JcAfsN And when you call, you need to have a good mood, I mean--smile. Even the preson who talk to you can not see, he/she can feel. :A*?E(H?5w6{E
Tell the person whom you call that who you are, which company you work for, and what's your products, what you can do for the customers, and what advantages you have compared with the companies which are in the same line.. o/O1B Hy k,R.Vb
Better when you finish the call, make a appointment for the further talk next time.. e.g., "if you don't mind, I would like to send you an email attahed with the full details that we discussed just now to make it clearer..." or" I would like to confirm some details with you about our business, how about next monday? is it okay if I call you at the 10 a.m. in the morning ?" and so on...
