Confidence is very important .If after asking the quotation ,there is nothing .You should examine what is the reason .Try think in customers' way .They are also people .Generally ,they will you inthe way you treat them .

I think the trouble is that so many people are trying to sell without any 'real training' in sales. Buyers spend their life collecting and comparing prices but only buy, when someone SELLS to them. 3n,p } y#[#ur/EB
In my humble opinion, too much hopes are pinned upon e-mail contact and MSN. Why don't sales people make telephone calls anymore? I know it cost more but it gives you the chance to sell.yCf7GW'z@6k _W
We all get an MSN window pop up with the question 'do you want to buy xxxxx' the answer is hardly going to be yes - is it? selling is a collection of processes that when performed correctly result in a sale - it really is that simple.
