We use a number of services daily and often face various problems: it could be with the phone services, banks, power su ly or the daily tra ort system. A survey done by the Co umer Online Resource &;am  Empowerment (Core) Centre, shows that 23 per cent co umers complain most about their phone services and 18 per cent are agai t the banking sector. Co umer rights awarene  is highest in Delhi, followed by Maharashtra, says the survey. Are you di atisfied with any service? Why?
