Should IT cos hire more women?

India's booming IT sector is dominated by men. While the ratio of men to women was 76:24 in 2005, it is likely to be 65:35 in 2007. While the number of women in IT firms is rising, it is still not impre ive.?A good majority of the leadership positio  are held by men.IT companies are now coming up with several friendly measures to hire more women.
