Mindy teaches you how to make dumplings!

Today is the chinese tranditional festival, that??s festival of lanterns. On this day, people will eat some dumplings to celebrate the festival. w*O9@M)x ?N O
Today, Mindy will make the dumplings by myself, and invite you to share them with me. :)
4c%PiZ qH Maybe you feel so surprise that why I spend so much time to do that job, as it seems too difficult for a girl to finish, also we can buy all kinds of dumplings in the supermarket. But I wanna tell you that the dumplings which made by yourself is different from the ones bought from the market. The ones in the supermarket are fast-frozen food, and all of them are made by the machine, they have the same size, weight, but as the machine is cold, it doesn??t know your taste, the best one who know you is yourself. So I prefer to making the dumplings by myself. :JC b6p[ vp

there are some materials you needed before starting the work, they're flour,pork, shepherd's-purse, egg, salt and yellow wine.

Making the dumpling, the flour is the key material, without it, no dumplings. :lol  So, we'll begin the key steps. :$

Adding boiling water into the flour. Be care of the wet flour, as the water is very hot, don't let the wet four stick on your skin. ,g"TPR1Hu}pq

#a8khE6~5c First, you should bring a piece of paste from the big paste, and try your best to make it look like a cup:L a paster cup??:o :Q ( i'm sorry, i forget to take photos to explain this step:') ), you can see what i made. just like this. it seems i'm doing some artwork, not making dumplings, and in my hand, it's a famous artwork.;P

Then cook the the above finished dumplings just like the noodles, and when you find all the dumplings are floating on the boiling water, you may get them out, and now let's taste our products. Don't forget, it can't buy from the supermarket, and in these dumplings, they're filled with the maker's feeling. So it tastes different. :$ :$ :)

I know how to make dumpings, but your paste seems to thick and at last they seems to be not dumpings but "tang yuan".
3x'R_#E!_:YI7{`$_` The dumplings we make in my hometown are not round but long like a small boat.:P
