Maybe you feel so surprise that why I spend so much time to do that job, as it seems too difficult for a girl to finish, also we can buy all kinds of dumplings in the supermarket. But I wanna tell you that the dumplings which made by yourself is different from the ones bought from the market. The ones in the supermarket are fast-frozen food, and all of them are made by the machine, they have the same size, weight, but as the machine is cold, it doesn??t know your taste, the best one who know you is yourself. [color=Red]Shepherd's-purse[/color] actually this is one kind of potherb. in my hometown, people like putting this potherb into the meat to make the dumpling, as it tastes very delicious. i'm not sure whether you can buy it from the market, if not, you can choose other vegetables.

you should put the shepherd's-purse into the boiling water for 45-60seconds, do just like what you eat the hot-pot, but you needn't wait until the shepherd's-purse deeply cooked. when you see the leaves become fresh green, you can bring them out from the water, dry them and wait for the next use. o-hYhMj
