East China Fair, initiated in 1991 and thereafter 16 sessions have been held successfully. The 16th East China Fair had 23,660 business visitors from 142 countries and regions as well as 100,000 of their Chinese counterparts. The trade volume amounted to about 3.32 billion US dollars. More than 160,000 persons had surfed the website of ECF.

There were four specialized exhibition areas with 5,346 standard booths and 3,540 enterprises, namely Fashion/Garment, Home Textiles, Art Deco Stuffs/Gifts and Consumer Goods. Overseas exhibitors were from 17 countries and regions such as USA, UK, France, Japan. A great variety of traditional and new products were displayed with more focus on high-tech, famous local brands.

S2]f v+E*s Exhibitors are advised to fill in the Registration Form, sealed with office seals or signature, and then return it to the Office of Organizing East China Fair by fax or mail before Nov. 15, 2006.

A written confirmation from the Office of Organizing East China Fair will be sent to you within 15 days upon receipt of the Registration Form.

V.Exhibition Rules

4B:Y-k.Kj&YjmS 1. All the exhibitors are required to comply with arrangements of the Organizing Committee as well as all the regulations and rules concerned.;H3@_x-wx$?
2. No more than three staffs are allowed to work in each booth. Each of them is required to hand in a two-inch photo taken recently for his ID pass to the Fair.
Zr&U y:LG,h#i+cD1E 3. All the exhibitors are supposed to finish booth designing before the Fair. Those in need of extra decoration should submit the design sketch to the Organizing Committee for approval before December 31st, 2006. Otherwise, the booth would be set up in a normal standard way.j;k&T}^\H9C

The exhibition halls were separated into four parts as Garments, Home Textiles, Art Deco Gifts and Consumer Goods, covering an area of 103,500 square meters and having 3,540 exhibitors with 5,346 standard booths in the fair. It received 23,660 merchants from overseas, up 15.08% over the previous year. Within the 6 show days, the total amount of trade deals was US??3,321 million s, up 11.68%. aq&|v;WH

|I^;vw;Y7H#sx5Y-L The 16th ECF attracted 23,660 overseas merchants, who come from 142 countries and regions. As statistics, 15,754 Asian merchants came to the Fair, which was the largest group,   went up 12.21% over last year. By comparison with ECF 2005, the merchants come from Europe and North America have been growing dramatically, 3917 of them were from Europe (20.33% increased), 2816 from North America (29.41% increased). y tKa~xl
Among them,107 delegations organized by 20 foreign governments and associations came to ECF for purchase and negotiation, a rise of 15.4% to the last year.

There were 5346 standard booths in this ECF with more than 3540 exhibitors. The exhibitors came from 12 provinces and cities in the area of East China and 19 provinces and cities in the rest area of China. There were also overseas exhibitors came from 17 countries and areas, such as Japan, United States, UK, Poland, France, Germany, Turkey, Australia, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

y8z9~Y x       The ECF 2006 lasted 6 days. The amount of trade deals reached US??3,321.19 million, 11.68% increased than last year. Among which, the transaction on textile and garment reached US??1,868.42 million, increased 5.05%; the transaction on art gifts and consumer goods reached US??1,356.52 million, increased 19.23%

As far as I know, the tickect fee for natural person is RMB100/person/day.

yeah,we have consecutively attended the east China fair for 5 years and until now we met with a lot of customers ,among of them only few have established the business relationship.
