how can i persuade my clients to place an order?

I  am from a new foreign trade whole sale, who is from zhejiang and deal with optical products. I have done it for half  a year, many clients sent me inquiry,they all wanted to send them samples, bu i 'm afreid if they are interested in our products. as you know , it is very expensive that send samples to foreign country .I really don't know how should i do, even someone who deal with the same products,they want to the samples as well, so i am deeply confused.

1. do not send sample for free if the samples are expensive. Ask some charges for samples and tell the customers that you will return such charges if they place order.

When we get the inquires at the first time,How can we do ?He may show the intention to cooperate with you and then ask the price list from you .They will also ask you to send him the samples in soon .;b \;t~f"G

I think you can do all within your company sale rule about the sample delivery.{X$OWB
I advise you to deal with it by two different  ways.if the client had place an order formerly,you can mail the sample to him free. for the others,you must give them sample after receiving your fee.q4hmrsrn3_

i think you can advise your customer pay for the freight .
YB$v;dm and you tell them that if they place a order you will give them some discount.

For the samples of above styles you required, i am sorry that we don't have more existing samples. If you need the samples, we could arrange them asap. And we would like to charge      $?? each one, and those fees will be deducted from order. Thank you for your best understanding.:lol
