10 tips to avoid fraud(copied from one expert)

Below is my policy of dealing with fraud-spreading people. It may fit you when you do foreign trade in China:
T'd#Kl5l }@;v } k)?h
1.    Never trust them. Strictly comply with you policy, do not compromise for little profit. Do not be near-sight.
8q3@%x2S'K 2.    Never give in. Although you might have been working with them for long, but 1 single mistake will turn your business down, completely. Remember, once policy is made, every side should comply with it, no other excuses, no exceptions. &` @:I5VnE.f4~
3.    Verbally be friend with them, in a good manner. Some of them could be your partners. Even though you find any clue of cheating, don¡¯t be angry. Such people are everywhere. Just still be friendly and don¡¯t bite the bait. O6e3q{9j
4.    Don¡¯t quote immediately when they request. Real customer are prepared to come to you, try to find if they have anything on hand.
RrDX#d 5.    Strict payment term. If people really intend to buy, this is not the most important issue for him.
y1egV:qa 6.    Remember, the cheap buyer cheap cheater. Good customer will negotiate with you to reach your bottom line, that is business skill. But if they say I want everything cheap, you got to think it over. I myself don¡¯t do such business, for many reasons. .eWj0S1ov
7.    Samples. Don¡¯t release samples without caution. Your sample might be going to your competitors, unless no one can offer better. Or you may not hear from the buyer again. Fix price first and request sample cost, no matter how cheap it is. 2C4e4TR*M
8.    If they say a multi-million dollar project, and ask for your account info, haha, tell them you are not that lucky guy.
1uS`` K(v P 9.    Their L/C and Bank Draft also may have problem. Be careful. I4hmP/s
10.    Last word I want to say is, black people hate us and look down upon us. So you are welcome to make money from them, if you can, and lucky enough! Best wishes.

i think your first line is right. becoz one time i lost my old client. we believe them, so we gave them goods without payment. but we failed to contact with them. and we coudn't claim, becoz our contract was lost by our boss's wife. so what can i say? nothing. just don't believe, but truely.

do never trust india customers

Recenty, I closely approach to  an  India customer who I met in canton fair. He came around our factory and bought some cheap samples, saying he will place  a large order when he back his company.Everything is going well as I expected, but when we almost reach deal,he just pretend to be disappeared, even sometimes I  come across him in msn, he will use the sentence t of  talking  to u later  to palter me,how should I do to deal with such problems?

u can judge from his behavior and words whether he is the real buyer or not.
!g[$\C9C?Ime*hUe6w if he is the real buyer, he would talk to u sicerely not just some words like talk to u later.
F/k F#L"jS,G,{C if he is really busy at that moment, u may seize suitable chance to talk with him.
C:nJ3p/`1T g}]R Wish u good luck.:)
