What will you do if the customers can not find suitable products from your company?

We should be more professional on our products,so don't deal with much with those items which are out of your productional line.

I think, A good friend is more than a good costomer first, if you are can be friends,the business will be like a snowball bigger and longer in the future.)G2[w2]J

i will tell him what we really have ,but at the same time i let him know i will do my best to find the products he wanted.the process of business is also a process of making friends and establishing trust with each other.

If it doesn't ask for the  more details about the product, such as usage, product structure, material, working condition and so on to see wehter can our factory meet his demand.If we can't then I will find it in China market for him to make a friend from the long time view.

if i know some factories product what the customers required,i will introduce the factory to
a2D&{hs him for free. if i have no information about the required goods,i will tell  him the truth and let it alone .

if the custom is good,he can accept you price with reasonable profit,you should go on searching for him.if not,you should focus the items you are competitive.

I think I will reply to my client and find it for him, angwhere, it's hard to get a client, so everything I will do my best to my  client

yes, to keep a client is not easy, so if you can, why not do a little favour for them, that you wont feel too bad that you can't provide what they want, and they'd thank you for finding them what they want.  but if it's out of your ability, and you feel bad telling them " NO ", I guess you still have to tell the truth. or it'll get you into worse condition, and may break up your relationship with them if you wasted their time looking for new factories.some companies hate it, if you dont give them a clear answer, they'd look upon you and wait.

_ I'd help if I can, and for free, but if they'd like to give me some fees for thankness, I'd take it. for foreigners, that's what you earn. if I know I can't help for the first place, I'll tell them the truth, to avoid misunderstandings.
gc B7K"t1E3|7pH.N3X I do have this problem a lot, all the drawings the customers give us is out of our capability, either because of the material, or because of the weight range, ( a lot about about mechanical properties), I feel bad when I reply as (sorry, we can't do it), that means orders are gone, but what else can we do, if we can't produce, and can't help, we'd better say "sorry" to them.

i will searching a suppiler for him if i could find a properable one, also i would like the supplier give me some commission , if possible.hehe,no one want to do the things do not profit you any more.....i think everyone will appreciate the way could benefit all of us.hehehe

If the product doesn't belong to ours, I'll recommend the suitable factory to my customer. If it's, most of time, I'll not.
