as it is reported, there are over 3000000 college graduates who are good at english in india each year. it's really a awesome figure. india is developing so fast just like China, and the products of the two countries are similar in both the price and the quality. how do you think of it?

yes, that is the indian advantages:
English skill and political system
I am afraid taht India will catch up with China in many aspects sooner or later, even surpass China
