As an American purchaser of Chinese goods I need advice on which agency who can offer assistance to combat a Chinese firm supplying products that are maliciously mismarked. The products can cause bodily harm; this is a serious issue.The Chinese supplier has chosen to hide; they will not respond.The company is located in the Zhejiang Province.

We have recent received a batch of goods from GuangZhou. Our communication and sample approval of the product was all correct. Just before the goods is due to arrive in Singapore, the supplier called to inform that they have about 30% defective goods with the rest of the goods on board the ship to Singapore. When the goods arrive in Singapore, after our checking there was 70% defective.After talking to the supplier (The business owner), he is not willing to replace 70% of the defective goods. We made a purchase of 10,000pcs of the item and 7,000pcs is defective. Supplier is only replacing 2,000pcs!7wA:b:Et R+{Hs

My suggestion is this
"kL`#pR6h R!H 1.) In which way you contact the supplier, i mean what B2B website you use to contact this supplier; then you can ask the B2B salesmen to contact the supplier and solve this problem+^0A&c(}/P!l~
or 2.) you can consult Law company.

In fact,in China,they have many suppliers of the same items.if they have profit,i think they hope the cooperation

I am a freight forward ,i think before you get the goods ,there is inspection on the goods .so  if you find the goods are not accordence to the goods you ask the seller to supply . you can ask for claim

I don't understand sir, why don't you send somebody or hire the inspection company to go inspection for you, in China there is weak supplier and golden supplier, when you deal with the small ones, you should be careful or you go to the big companies, I am sure you will not have any problem,b*?0d+qKy^2f TgJ
